it's not the ram or internal memory that Onyx needs to focus on improvement, nor is it CPU... I don't even use internal memory for any of my book so why bothering doubling it? even fitting with an Intel i5 processor won't make Onyx less buggy....
For eg. Kindle always *lack* behind in terms of spec, but it has a properly working firmware(apart from PDF support), and enjoys a much better profit margin.
