I am trying to convert some html files converted from text...i have built tables of contents in the file, but Calibre is picking other places with headers and building a second table of contents and randomly picking one of the items it selects for a beginning point.

Not asking for anything major, but is there any group of settings i can use to have it not do this and still apply the table of contents i've made?

Some of the files i'm working with are rather small, at first i thought that was the problem, but it has been creeping up with larger files, too, lately.
