Just to summarise.. we have 3 inactive states:
1. Screen Saver (short press) -- able to resume immediately
2. Blank Screen (long press) -- able to resume immediately
3. Truly off (what is achieved here by issuing the 'halt' command) -- able to resume only by going through the restart process
Other than the screen saver's presence/absence, is there any other difference between states 1 and 2?
