The problem for me is the price.
Take this for instance;
You have a book, the paperback costs $5. If my friend(s) wants to read it, I can give it to him to read it, then when I get it back, I can either exchange it for another book with someone else, or I can sell it.

Now you have the eBook, it costs $10 and comes with DRM. (I have seen this, where the eBook costs more than the paperback) This eBook, only I can read it and no one else unless I let them borrow my eBook Reader (Which will never happen), I cannot sell it, or trade it with someone else for another eBook.
I am fine with the DRM on an eBook, what I am not fine with is, they are selling me something which restricts me so much and they are charging me more for it. For these reasons, I think the price should be at least 40% cheaper.
