DARN! And I just paid to have my copies of those four scanned at bookscan.us a couple of weeks ago.
Oh well, at least I hadn't spent the time to OCR and proof them yet. $2.99 is a very reasonable price for backlist titles, IMHO, and I will happily forego the $4 I spent with bookscan.us to save the OCR/proof time.
I find this a very enjoyable series. The interplay between Chin and Smith (or Smith and Chin
, thanks OP) and their different cultures is engaging, and I also find the plots to be good.
