This means that it isn't a BOOKMOBI file (Wiki: PDB), so it is probably a TOPAZ file. These start with the letters TPZ, and they are not in Palm PDB or PRC format. These can't be decrypted with mobidedrm.

TOPAZ ebooks tend to be large, because they contain bitmaps in six sizes of the fonts they use.
