Hi guys,

I'm looking for a converter that can adjust the height/resolution according to an e-reader. Example of e-readers will be Aura HD (resolution) and Kindle DX (9.7").

Also, a converter that can enhance the pictures quality.

Software that aren't too difficult to use.
