black and white photos look better on the sony. more differentiation, more depth/contrast to see. altho' as a photographer i have other equipment to carry around my photos. but if you are into graphics i think the sony is the device to use.
reading books i hardly see any difference except on the sony the black is blacker. so there is a little more contrast.
