Html with NO (aka default) style. Every document will look the same(ish) AND UGLY, to boot
There is a reason that publishers spend LOTS of money on Fonts (licensed) and typographers.
It's so the
book does NOT look "just the same" as the others.
Many Imprints do have basic "Style rules" to set their "brand".
Series may use a uniform style across the series.
Interestingly, I discovered "Style" has changed almost full circle. I was scanning some covers on my older (1960's) Paper Library to use in Calibre, when I noticed that New chapters could begin almost anywhere on the page. A style that I had been *fixing* , to start on a fresh page, in the e-edition
