Das macht dann calibre.

Im ersten Schritt ziehst du den Kindle-Dateien per Python-Script die DRM ab (Anleitung hier im Kindle-Forum). Ist wirklich simpel.
Damit erhältst du eine prc-Datei (quasi Kindles Ur-Format).
Dieses konvertierst du mit calibre ins ePub-Format und lädst es dann hoch.
