Actually there isn't a way that I can see. I don't think the app paginates, that is, calculates the number of pages, for the entire book, only the current chapter. If you bring up the progress bar on top you see it says percent and not page xx of yy.
Mantano does let you do this. It's not as customizable and the premium version costs more.
