There is no way to make my signature smaller without removing the graphics. And I don't see where the graphics are a problem.
If it's because one of the graphics is animated, then what about animated avatars?

The guidelines specify the total
size of the signature, and they apply to
you, too. If the graphics boost the height beyond the guidelines, they become a problem.
The simplest method to become compliant is to drop either the animated book reading smiley or the ticker.
I do not recommend staying non-compliant.
