I think a lot of the disgruntlement you see in the forums doesn't have that much to do with the Cybook as a reading device, but with Bookeen's continued and prolonged promise of a firmware update for it. We have been waiting months and months and months for some promised improvements (i.e., folder support) and have no idea when it will finally materialize.
