Since you are currently in Korea, I would look to see if you can buy there a Dr. Yi, which is a Chinese device. Its American counterparts are the Ectaco jetBook and the Aluratek Libre.
No problem with oriental alphabets.
You requested eInk, but these have the reflective TFT screen which those of us who have one think is superior to eInk because it has blacker text. It's like looking at a digital wristwatch.
I have a jetBook Lite, which reads almost all of the formats, and can handle the DRM'd ePubs.
