If the sd card is ok, the zip file could be corrupted (during the download).
Verify the checksum of the file: the MD5 value should be
8f635738bf15f862156d3f2f8d1cc940.
(md5 can be computed using TotalCommander).
BTW, a checksum such as MD5 should be mentioned by Booxtor
because the file being passworded there is no other way to verify
its integrity.
