After four months, I'm answering your question! (Sorry for the delay, I just realized myself.)

I forgot the -dBATCH flag when posting the instructions for Windows. Try:

(Again, double check that the paths to the executables are right, and that it's the right version of ghostscript; I've updated it to 9.00.)
