I just upgraded to the latest version of Calibre today. I went into Calibre today to add new books, and also take care of my biggest pet peeve, which is removing books from Im_Reading that I accidentally clicked open. It's one of the godsends of Calibre for me.

Well, despite doing the usual deletion... when I eject my Kobo (last model before the touch series) it resets and claims I am still reading the items. I'm also getting weird 'expired' classifications on a few newer items, which shouldn't be there, but the inability to edit is driving me mad.

Any suggestions? Or is this a bug?
