Thanks John. I have tried Cool Reader previously. If I change the text color, background color and texture to be the same for both day and night (as I want it), it brings me back to Nook App status - no way to change brightness setting separately for day and night. Aldiko also allows some customization of Day and Night themes but doesn't do what I want.
