I'm a newbie to this site but this question interested me. I believe that it is the responsibility of the author (self publisher) to edit correctly and avoid comments like those above. However, none of us are perfect so if you see an error that can be fixed send the author a message I am sure that it's possible to update and edit their manuscript at any time. I know that it is possible to do this at Smashwords. As an author I would want someone to tell me about my errors and would be very grateful for the help
