Hi

first post - great forum!

I was pleased that the kindle 3 offered an experimental mp3 player.

I'd like to automate most of my news content upload. I'm thinking calibre for mobi/pdf generation of newspapers / periodicals, which I can then email to my free.kindle address.

For audio podcasts via RSS I'm stuck with manually downloading an mp3 and transferring it over USB.

Anyone got any workarounds for this? One would be, apply the jailbreak, setup sshd and then use ssh-keys to automate a file transfer as new feed items become available. I might try this but it feels a bit drastic.

Any other suggestions / comments?
