when i upgrade my reader ,it show a page with "Firmware update is not finished correctly . Please execute firmware update again" .I have reset it then restart it ,the same page show .I have connect reader to my laptop with usb cable .run the update files. Nothing happen .

Who can help me ?How to solve it ?
