When you set height="100%" or width="100%" in an IMG tag, it means you want the image to take up 100% of the height and 100% of the width of the display area, in this case the PRS-350's screen.

BTW, there is no such thing as "px of the picture" or the "px of the reader." Images and screens have height and width sizes. Image height and width sizes can be set two different ways--you can either set the number of pixels using px, or the percentage of display area by using %.
