With the Glo HD and Calibre, you can send your eBooks to the Glo HD and Calibre will manage your collections for you and put the eBooks in the proper place. With a Kindle, you have to manually manage the collections.

Also, the Glo HD is compatible with ePub eBooks from Overdrive.
