Probably, but it shows you Title and Author, and you cannot see Russian characters in those fields, so I guess you wont see CJK characters as well.

Not sure about it. There is also very useful History Navigation. If you by mistake went to the different part of the book (by pressing 1-0 keys), you can use History to get back.
