Rather than Sony ignoring complaints and "not addressing" issues, it sounds to me like they are making a pretty good effort to solve the issues...

"Sony has received reports from some PRST1 owners that their Reader has been freezing or crashing. Sony engineering is currently examining the issue and would appreciate anyone experiencing the issue with their Reader to report it to Sony product support as soon as possible. The Sony support team need to know when and how this issue arises so that it can be reproduced, identified and resolved.

Please inform Sony product support if you also have the same freezing issue using the buttons, using the stylus or your finger to navigate and turn pages. "

I'm getting the impression Sony just can't win with the T1. Even after they release a statement asking people to write in their problems and inform us engineers are looking into it - people still complain they're "ignoring the problems."
