I just downloaded Calibre, after buying a Nook. FWIW, Amazon was non-commental concerning any questions, and it word was it didn't handle Far East characters. A friend showed me his new Nook and it was Android with an active "hacking" community, so I bought one on the spot.

I'm following the instructions loosly explained here, pasting that into the "Extra CSS" blank on "Convert Books".

So far, I "Converted" a epub (to epub), and converted plain text, but got this error on a .chm document:
