Tried on Windows 7-32
I didn't need to install drivers manually. However instead of "Linux USB Ethernet/RNDIS Gadget" I had "Xerox Service Port#3". And instead of "Kindle-Fastboot" I had "Kindle" as "libusb-win32 device".

I successfully debricked a Kindle Touch using the steps in this guide, thanks.
