I can't remember how I selected this book - this isn't one of my usual authors (I can't even remember ever seeing his name) so that's why it's been eluding me. Maybe someone recommended it, or I read a review somewhere. It was before my eBook days so I probably borrowed it from the library.

Thank you for setting my mind at ease. I will look up other books from this author as it was a good read.
