The only device I know of that has PDF reflow is the Nook Simple Touch, but its only okay for simple text only (no columns, graphs etc) PDFs and each PDF is different so some render okay some don't. I have a Nook Simple Touch so I speak from experience.

I would never consider reading a PDF on a Kindle or any other ereader device. A large tablet is seriously your best choice.
