Is it possible to move a title from a memory card into the Reader's internal memory, on the reader itself? Or do I need to do it all while connected to a computer?

Related question: Which is better/faster -- reading a book from the internal memory or from the memory card, or doesn't it matter?

Does the Reader open the current book into some part of internal memory so there isn't any difference where the book is stored?

Thanks for this terrific forum -- it is a wonderful resource for us newbies (especially for those of us, like me, who don't actually own a reader yet!)
