Configuración>Fecha y hora>Mantienes pulsado "Zona horaria" y te aparecerá un cuadro de dialogo para introducir la ciudad más cercana.

Es cierto, acabo de checar y aunque le pongas Buenos Aires, sigue apareciendo UTC 0:00)
