Either nobody has converted it, or it is in process at PG USA. (The PG USA methodology takes about 2 years now to get a book thru...) Remember, this is all volunteer labor, and not all books in the public domain have been converted.

You could break out a scanner and have a go, yourself. (I've add 5 books to PG US and PG Australia.)
