If you've rooted your T1, you just need to copy the relevent folders/files to your reader's internal storage, edit any XML config files to taste, and install the apk file (copy it to your reader and click on it in root explorer).

I'm afraid I don't know if you can install it on to a non-rooted T1 with a Mac.
