Thanks Rimbaud. I talked to their U.S. Rep and he too sounded befuddled. He said I tried everything that he would have done and suggested I contact their European office. They are closed now so I sent them an email.

I would hope they send me a new one while I send the old one back upon receipt, but I have a feeling they won't RMA that way.
