To clarify, that is 2046 and 2026 .

All US works published prior to 1923 are also in the public domain in the UK, due to the "rule of the shorter term", but that only applies to works originally published in the US, hence the pre-1923 Wodehouse works which are in the public domain in the US, are still protected by copyright in the UK.
