Oh, hello; I didn't see you there. I decided to register, and was prompted to say hi.
I am in the market for a hand held device (possibly even a tablet PC) and just came across this site. As I am in no hurry
I have yet to really delve into the options.
My primary need is something that is capable of viewing and promptly loading detailed graphics (from diagrams and line drawings to detailed drawings and photos) in .pdf documents. I've test driven several PDAs, but the screen size is simply too small to be feasible. Thus I acknowledge that I may need to go with a tablet PC
to obtain what I seek.
On a tangent... I quit IMing before the vast array of Smilies came onto the scene, which may be why I've gone mildly ape$#!t with them here. I'm going to close with my new favorite:
