Hopefully the presiding judge will see some bloody sense once she brings down her final decision in September.

Allowing Apple to run rampant with dubious patents in the US seems contrary to court decisions made in the EU, South Korea and Australia.

The searchlight of attention should now be bought to bear on the US Patent Office.
