Hi,

Really it's as topic.

The TOC works fine in the Kindle app until I convert it. I'm selecting don't add TOC on the MOBI output which usually works.

Any ideas or any way to find out whats going on?

On the Kindle it looks like it has a TOC (the dots are there on the index page) but when you go into the book there's no dots.
