Hi,
My kindle paperwhite 2013 has just faced an issue below:

"Your Kindle Needs Repair

Repair Code: 2
Version: 2440520001"

I have tried to update firmware but it is not successfully update:
Update error 4

Anyone pls help me how to fix this?
