You can change the Icon for shown for Mobi in the System file manger (Explorer).
(mine is an 'Amazon' icon that probably came with Mobipocket program.)

It can be any Icon you want (that is available on your system).
What you are seeing is the 'last' program installed, contribution to the confusion.
