E Ink screens do not usually include touch. Touch (if any) is added to the device by the manufacturer, using various technologies. In this case the Hanlin E Ink devices to not have a touch screen.
The A9 has a 9" Sipix screen, with built in touch. Like the Asus DR-900, see
my personal review of asus dr-900.
The V90 does not yet seem to be available. It uses a 9.7" E Ink screen, e.g. like the Kindle DX and the Pocketbook 902/3. The screen is again most likely Vizplex, like the 902, vs Pearl, like the KDX.
