I dont use calibre to transfer books to my N2A card but in Android mode you need to make sure to turn on mass storage. To do this when you are in Android mode and plug in the USB cable to your nook and computer a symbol will show up in the notification bar, touch that and then press the button that appears to turn on mass storage. Then you will be able to transfer any thing you want over including books, videos, pictures, music and whatever else you would like.
