The cover problem is for Dual MOBI only. I could test-mail a Dual MOBI pdoc, maybe tomorrow.

I believe the problem is because Dual MOBI isn't officially supported, and the PDOC service doesn't extract some metadata from the KF8 portion. Apparently that is where the cover is kept? At least, the cover linked with the KF8 portion?
