It appears, to my eye anyway (and I'm not sure if this is some sort of placebo effect), that 2.0.3 has improved contrast by quite a noticeable amount. Tomorrow I'm going to check to see if it has fixed the sun-fading issue. If not, the Kindle goes back. If so, that would be great.
