I just received a micro-usb adapter that allows me to plug in a standard usb connector into the smaller micro port on the outside of the unit. I was getting tired of having to remove the case and the back panel to get to the full sized usb port.
So far I have just tested out standard flash drives but the default file explorer has no issues bouncing back and forth and copying files to and from the adapter flash drive, the internal memory and the micro-SD card slot.
If I can run down other usb devices, I will give them a try. I think I have seen people mention keyboards and mice, but all of the ones I have handy are wireless.
