Running COPS on WampServer 2.2 Windows 7 (32 bits).
To get COPS version 0.23 to work I had to either:
- using "location" -> remove first 3 lines of .htaccess file (or use #)
- using "X-Sendfile" -> install X-Sendfile
Then it worked for me!
