In that app, videos that have been posted that are viewable on our original Fire and NOT viewable with the new Fire HD. When talking with Amazon, they suggested using Silk to access Facebook.com, and logging in that way to be able to view those videos.
Haven't tried it yet. But are you able to view everything with no problems using the Facebook app?

UPDATE...Today my son sent me a Video to watch it played Great with the FB app already installed on the Fire HD
