Standards for KT

I was thinking that it would be a good idea to set some standards for the KT hacks.
1) Use kindletool to package all hacks including launcher extensions. This way the user will not need to worry about how to install it.
2) We need a way to prevent name and priority clashes.
3) If your hack adds to appreg.db the the addition should be com.mobilereadusername.hackname
4) Provide the hack bins after renaming it to hackname.mobi. A launcher extension can be written that copies the file to /mnt/us, renames it to bin and starts update.
This will help in making it easier for noobs to hack their kindles.
