When you look at the menu.json file of any button, you will see: 'Priority' (sort priority) fields - -

Just to confirm that I'm working on implementing priority sorting in the parser script, which is responsible for sorting data.
@Yolina, once priority is implemented, you will still need to edit the Collections Manager menu.json file and change the priority field rather than changing the entry name to aaaaaCollections,
