I often have copy/paste problems in my VM. I have fixed some bad URLs in the Indexes. Other than DaleDe doing some "style" changes to the internal layout, and somebody with a .cz IP address fixing a bad URL, all the other changes were mine.

I hope others contribute to this to keep it alive and growing. Also, it would be nice if somebody gives the indexes a nice visual style, and good layout organization.

I added thumbnail images to all of the indexes. For each different app type, I added a thumbnail of a sample app of that type.

Please help. At least index stuff from your own threads. I will not have much available time for awhile. Thanks.
